Formula and assumptions: Each pathway fit = weighted sum of the five importance ratings ÷ (5 × sum of that pathway’s fit weights) × 100. Fit weights in input order: PE (2, 5, 2, 4, 2), hospital (3, 4, 3, 3, 2), internal sale (4, 2, 5, 2, 5).
